Nicholas Brendon
Nicholas has a total of two tattoos. His first is a Latin symbol on the bicep of his left arm.

His second is a cross with a jewel in the center on his right arm.

Alexander 'Xander' Harris
In the episode 'Halloween' of season two of Buffy, Xander is turned into his costume which is a soldier. He appears to have two tattoos, one on each arm. Once the spell is broken the tattoos disappear (I was only able to make a somewhat decent image of one of the tattoos.)
