Anthony Stewart Head
While Anthony doesn't have any tattoos, his character Giles did. He has the mark of Eyghon which he got when he was younger so that it would be easier for Eyghon to inhabit his body. Eyghon came back for Giles' life but he was eventually killed by Angel. The tattoo can be found on his left inner-upper arm.
